This app, surprisingly, constantly fails and doesn’t load fastpass times correctly. I cannot believe Disney, a massive multinational corporation, has produced such a poor app. How it has so many positive reviews is beyond me.

Sometimes it freezes, sometimes it crashes. Just delete it, reinstall, and try again.

WiFi signal is bad here. Even when I have a good non-WiFi signal the app still says weak connection and will not work.

Been a passholder for the last few years and a few days ago the app signed me out and will not sign me back in. I keep getting the message “Something’s not right. Please try signing in again soon.” I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and get the same message! My husband is also having the exact same issue. So frustrating!!

So bad and difficult to navigate. Always forgets my password. The reset link is not great neither

Everything you need to be able to have a great time at Disney World. Covers all your bases, makes reservations, updates fast pass+, and keep you abreast of wait times and transit times. A must have!

The app is so slow that it's infuriating. It's also so hard to find pass information and not every employee at the park knows how to help you with the app, esp with the basic information of finding the ticket info
