Trying to create an account but it won’t let me put in my birthdate, and I am finding it difficult to put in the additional information needed

This app is very helpful. I was able to check-in and get my room number at a click of a button before I even got to my hotel. I was able to check the wait times of rides and add fast-pass. Great job to the creator of this app.

Constantly have issues logging in, making changes or viewing reservations. Extremely buggy and unreliable.
Won’t let me create account

Won’t allow me to enter a city in the login (it won’t let me enter any text in that required field), so can’t create an account. Seems pretty much useless unless you have that account.

Best deluxe resort! We had booked a standard club level room and we were upgraded to the presidential suite call the Sonora Suite. Our almost 9 year old son said “this must be what heaven is like!” The trip was absolutely magical and then we checked out to check into our reservation at The Polynesian Resort. We had such an amazing time at The Boardwalk that we will probably be selling our DVC membership and continue to stay Club level. We have noticed that we are treated so much better when not staying on Dvc points that it is not worth it anymore. DVC is treated like a burden it’s sad. This is Day 1 of 4 at Polynesian... i’m hoping we can run into some kind cast members because thus far they are non comparable to the staff at The Boardwalk Inn!!

People, like myself, who are not familiar with Disney World, the app is hard to navigate through. Ex: when I look up a ride or restaurant somewhat suggests all it gives me is info about it, without the option to book a reservation. It’s confusing to then have to go to another place on the app to add a reservation that makes u put a time and then gives u a list of all restaurants that are available. Sometimes the one you are looking for is on the list sometimes it’s not. There should be a way to search for something and then click on add a reservation and show you the time slot available for the day you are choosing. It would be more than awesome if there was an itinerary of your day to day with available times that u have open to book more things. The constant going back n forth to book reservations and do fast passes is confusing and annoying. Some features are nice like being able to check in and set up your pick up and drop to the airport. In all it’s a decent starter set up for an app, but definitely needs some tweaking and updating.
