Site is constantly down

Not much else to say except, this site is constantly down. And, when the site is up, certain functions such as booking or modifying FastPass and dinner reservations are unresponsive or down completely. I have very unhappy family members. NOT a magical experience.

Frustrating on the fast pass selection to see who is your guest and double checking what is missing Not happy on this process of selection.

Still has problems linking family members without going to customer service. Great app. Recommend adding push notifications of fast pass times and reservations that are coming up soon.
Waited for over an hour for a bus with handicap

We have now waited for a bus over an hour for a handicap accessible cart should’ve had one quicker than that missed our fast pass and hopefully I’m not going to miss our dinner reservations

Ugh got there way early before it opened and still a 300 minute wait, should of had this planned out better
