Disney toy really need to get a better app team. If Tesla can have self driving cars, Google can have a personal assistant, and Amazon can sell and ship everywhere then you can design an app to work at least 85% of the time the way it's supposed to. This app (and your websites, yes all the websites) are WAY TOO bandwidth intensive. Which ends up clogging already busy networks. Your WiFi at the parks and resorts are not able to offset this either. The IT department needs to be upgraded. More people are going to the parks than ever. Build a system that can handle it today and future expansion. The app is glitchy, slow, signs out of your account randomly, etc. It's been this way for years. Please do something to improve it.

Tried a few times to create an account with no luck. One of the info areas cannot be populated each time I attempt to fill it all out. One time it was the zip code. Another time it’s password.

Took a long time to connect with the rest of my party, and get our pictures on the app, and I still don’t have all of the itinerary or meal plan info on my app

This app was excellent until recently, now I am unable to make dining reservations and check in online. It has been this way for a while now. Very unDisney

I used to have this app on my phone & I loved it, but after one of the updates (it’s been over a 6 month struggle) the app will no longer open on my phone. I’ve been through Apple tech support on this and they say the developer has to do something but the developer just send me to the Disney homepage. Basically when I click to open it looks like it’s loading but then it crashes and a pop up asking me if I want to allow it the app to use data comes up but it disappears before I can click anything. Then when I go look at my active apps it appears as if the app is open, when I click on in the crash & popup cycle begins again. I have deleted and reinstalled the app over 40 times. I’ve deleted and waited for Apple iOS updates and tried to reopen, no luck. Please help me, I’m an annual pass holder and this makes my Disney life less enjoyable. IPhone 8 Plus running the latest iOS. Update: still not working

Ads show up randomly, interrupting what I am trying to do. “My plans” no longer are on the main/1st page. Instead it is more ads Stop showing ads.
