Nightmare with Expedia Rectified by an amazing Cast Member – My Disney Experience Review

We drove 14 hours from Maryland to arrive at Walt Disney World yesterday to discover that our vouchers were not processed by Expedia. After 2 hours and multiple calls to Expedia and zero resolution we were fortunate enough to meet Angel ( from Baltimore MD) at the ticket/will call booth. She was beyond helpful and friendly and made sure that our first Disney experience as a family was not a complete bust! She provided us with complimentary passes just like the ones that Expedia was supposed to provide with zero issue. You can’t imagine how much this warmed my heart. She didn’t have to do that but she did and I feel that any above and beyond levels of customer service should be rewarded. If there is anything that Disney can provide her with for ensuring that she maintains the same un-flappable positive demeanor so that other guests are felt appreciated and wanted by Walt Disney World and not just a number please do so. If any additional information is needed from me I am more than willing to assist. Thank you Angel and thank you Disney for hiring her and allowing us to enjoy the happiest place on earth despite the negative experience with Expedia.
