First timer

I’m booking my first trip with my family! I went as a kid every year but a lot has changed in 20 years and I’m finally getting to take my boys for their birthday! This app has been such a relief as I was greatly overwhelmed with information!


Ruined Vacations

I’ve had no less than 11 issues with fast passes over the last week (over 2 days in the parks). Somehow the app can never sync with my entire party and my wife can never see the photos available for purchase. Since I live in Florida I can work around the terrible issues but it’s really disappointing when my nephew and niece make their 1 trip to Disney and can’t do half the things we got them fast passes for.


Hotel room not ready & we weren’t contacted

Not being able to get checked into our hotel room and put kids to bed, as well as having to wait another almost 2 hours for our luggage to come up after we even asked if it was quicker for us to come get it has ruined all our plans for today. From the scheduled breakfast because the kids needed to sleep to not getting to get out and experience the park we paid for in a timely manner. I really hope we get to experience the Disney magic tomorrow!

This app was not working 95% of my trip! All literature directs to the app. It doesn’t work. Very frustrating. I was not able to link tickets for 2 days. You have to search for fast pass . The whole app is not user friendly. Very disappointing.


Annoying

I’m trying to create an account. First it tells me my bday makes me ineligible. Now it won’t take my zip code. I expected more. I hope this isn’t how they run their park!

Everything Broken

This morning: monorail broken, bus system broken, and Anna and Elsa ride broken. After waking up and leaving our hotel room at the Grand Floridian early,we were stoped at the monorail by a out of service sign. So, off to the bus stop where we waited through six Animal Kingdom busses. Still no monorail Epcot bus, after talking to the attendant we decided it would be best to walk to the ticket center. After two trips through security (one at ticket center and one at Epcot) we finally made it to Anna and Elsa. Half way through the line the ride breaks. It a bummer that we save up for two years to get here for a bunch of broken rides and systems.
