Peak ambiance is great the app is Slow and rides broken

If you like to spend money and people watch thi is the place for you! The app is a decent set up but ability to use your app to get into your room is bad. Very hard to find the key option.


The Chat feature is a joke

Making my arrangements on line is a little difficult for me and my wife. We are not that savvy with the computer. I was very happy dealing with people and now it’s such a pain. If it wasn’t for your phone staff helping me I would not be able to get anything done. I hope I got everything correct, because I don’t want to lose my money. I am mad about the magic buses you should have kept them for the DVC membership people. This was very important to me and my wife. Everything is now done on line and I don’t know if we will be able to eat, and I still have to figure it out. I have been on mine and my wife’s phone for the past 4 days working on getting things done. I’m sick and tired of all the stuff that I had to do. Before I spoke to one or two people and they got it done for me. I know that Covid changed everything but really stop pushing the on line stuff and help people. We went on four rides and three broke. We will have spent a very unmagicical time of 8 hours and went on two rides. Very disappointed. I travelled from California and spent a lot of $$ and what a waste. Skip Disney and go to universal!!!

Like everything Disney, the app has gone skidding downhill quick. Nothing works and you can’t even get help. I’ve been waiting 20 minutes for someone to pick up a chat. Ticket prices up? Service non existent

I don’t care to pay for the LL but only being allowed to book one at time is ridiculous. I brought my grand daughter for her birthday. We only got to ride 3 rides all day. By the time we were able to schedule another LL. There wouldn’t be anything available to book. The standby lanes was to long to stand in line for a two year old. So either bring back the fast pass or add more availability to schedule more LL. I feel that you all changed it to get more money. DJackson

This app has not been updated to iOS 11. It has been glitchy and freezes often. Pretty sad for something thousands of Disneyphiles count on daily. Come on, fix it! Now on iOS 15, app STILL horrible glitchy and unusable about 50% of the time for whatever you try to do. Currently won’t do dining reservations!
