My app is not working and I have my day at the park today so how am I supposed to you my genie services if my app does not work???

Disney has accomplished something I never thought possible…the complicated and convoluted nature of Genie+…the fact the app would not sync with my Disney hotel (the Swan) and the wait times for technical support of 104 minutes…have made me never want to come back again. As a Floridian and a Disney fan I’m simply astounded that senior leadership could be this out of touch with the customer experience. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

Too confusing to navigate and genie plus is very hard to understand how to use. But the idea behind everything is outstanding, the execution is not ideal.

Ivery annoyed right now . Been waiting for a bus to Nagic Kingdom for 45 minutes! 3 buses for. Animal Kingdom have gone by as well as orhers for resorts

Absolutely horrible experience. Disney has continued to raise prices and decline their customer service. The app just adds frustration to your day. Please don’t pay for the Genie+. Their rides breakdown and you’ve wasted time and money. Our day saw Space mountain, Splash mountain, and Peter Pan all out of service. Go to Universal much more fun, better services and easy to plan with fast passes.

Park and app are mediocre at best. Hotel room was great. That’s the only reason for one star. Otherwise it’s no stars! The experience was severely diminished by the poor application experience.
