I am a millennial, and I find this way too complex and impossible to use

Make the UI simpler, and make it easier to connect your ticket to the app.
Hard to use. Maps are no value.

A frustrating day with this software. 1. Planning your day did not build in commute times. 2. Using map software to walk was worse than worthless. Could not zoom. Did not orient to direction. Icon was a magnifying glass. Confusing. 3. Confusing to navigate. Generally disappointed that Disney would create such a low performing ui.
Account not linking

This is very frustrating! Two adults who have been on family and friends list for 20 years. The last two years we have to call for help linking reservations and calling is not easy. Tried this Morning and trying again now- 90 minute wait times. New management not about service, only about money. This will catch up to him. Disney has always been about service- seems to be moving away from that. Too bad!
Rides Closed before the park opens

I paid a lot of money to stay in the park for early access and I have not been able to use it yet! Today I was in the park at 8:15 and still could not get in Rise of the Resistance because they closed it. They did the same thing yesterday!! It’s not worth all the money to stay in the park if I can’t enjoy the extras!!!!!
Won’t take payment can’t book rides

Cannot book individual lightning lane rides. All rides are broken so don’t waste your money.

Absolute racket!! Not worth the price- only allowed to book one ride every couple of hours- cost us lots of money- saved us no time. I know at Disney they are masters of illusion- I didn’t expect my trip to be filled with such unending deception. This app is only one example. At over $100 per ticket, I’d expect to be able to do more than just walk around the park and the extra money spent on this app only made us enjoy our day less. We will not be back.
