Rise of Resistance down before park opens

How is it possible the main attraction is down before and through park opening? Not satisfactory.


Not user friendly

VA Newbie.

I love everything about Disney; however the app needs improvement. It is too busy and not easy to follow. The linking of reservations is way to complicated and doesn’t work. I booked my family of 4 tickets and my nieces separately with the thought to link them, it was an epic fail. We missed our first genie fast pass because of the time difference and I couldn’t add her to our ride time or even link the two. As it is we are heading to customer service now to have the issue corrected which is such a waste. We booked this trip for my son and I birthday. I really feel this should not be so difficult to manage. The main page is also super busy and overwhelming. It is made for PC utilization not app iPhone friendly. The design needs to be simplified. Edits need to be made easy not hidden and the genie should link easier to all parties. Too difficult.


No one to chat with and impossible to make reservations

Poorly run app. No one to chat with. Takes hours to get an answer. I woke up at 5 am to make reservations ( this was the day I was to start 60 prior) and 95% of the restaurants are already booked. What gives and how absolutely unfair

Having to link all reservations on this app to do anything at Disney is a nightmare. The information is missing every time I open it. I have to stay on the phone hours to get help from a representative. This will probably be my last visit because they have made it so difficult to plan a vacation there. Very sad!!!


Phone support number listed is wrong.

The service is wrong. The number does not get you to the correct department. If this is a web application then list the correct number. I had to wait over 40 mins just to told that I had to wait again for a different department. Correct number should be in the apple app is 407-939-7765. Please fix. Very frustrating!!!!!

…and you have to endure long load times while getting there, all just to unlock your resort room. Hardly magic.


How is this app 4.6 stars?

There must be literal Disney magic to make this app 4.6 stars. Been trying for over a week to reserve a restaurant somewhere, anywhere but the search never completes. Says “We are having trouble loading this screen”. The app is hot garbage.
