So innacurate I just deleted it.

I have never written a review but I am now stuck in a sweltering subway station for 7 more minutes because of how off this app is. I actually took a screen shot of how the downtown trains were running every two minutes when I was leaving home because the efficiency was so unusual. I guess it was indeed too good to be true. Entering the station the updated app showed a train at 1,3, and 8 minutes but the next was actually in 8. I don’t even understand how extra potential trains register at all. This app is completely useless.

Nailed it

Pretty much what every New Yorker needs but in mobile form. Provides eta of all trains at any given stop. Simple but efficient.

Bad Update

Me90521

I had been very happy with this app, at least until I updated it yesterday (update from a month ago); now it doesn’t give any information—it just says, “Data is not available.” Boo! Wish I could delete the update!!

Favoriting, service status

Nonstopsell

Useful! Lack of favoriting (or “recently viewed”) stations is a major pain and easy improvement. Service status embed seems very unreliable/doesn’t load.

Great start & has room to be better

The simple fact that the times on this app is 99% accurate is the most amazing start we can ask of MTA. One suggestion is to add the ability to save certain stations as “Home”/“Work”/other saved locations, so that they can be accessible quickly from the front page.

Good- could be great

Growlproductions

This app was long overdue but I’m thrilled it finally exists. It would be even better if it was also possible to pin a handful of top stations. I would love to be able to pull up my home station in 1 click rather then the 2-4 it currently takes. Not to mention the added scrolling and strangle long load times between clicks.

Favorite stations pls

Breelife

This app is much better than any subway schedule or the ever-failing new MTA app because it just shows you the same times that are updated every minute that show on he subway platform. Super helpful! However, if I’m making split decisions to try to make my train, it would be so helpful if you could incorporate “favorite” stations that you have quicker access to pull up its times.

iPhone X update needed please

roosedogg

Black Borders makes the app feel old and outdated please update to completely fit into the screen (iPhone x), love this app 5 stars

Interface not ready for iPhone Xs Max

The app runs great but the interface design is for older devices
