Times accurate, app missing obvious functionality
W train rage
Like most New Yorkers, you start most of your trips from one of a few subway stops (e.g. home and work) and are also in a hurry on the way to the subway. You open the app to check the train times, and then have to navigate through a list of trains and then a list of stations every. time. you. open. the. app. It’s tedious and needless. Fix it!
Slow app

While it does tell you the subway time, according to which train line you click on, it’s incredibly slow. It also doesn’t work if there’s no service. I prefer my next stop app over this. This app doesn’t even give you a map or tell you if there’s any changes or delays. Next stop does, so they need to change this app for the better.
Absolutely useless

This app is useless. It’s times are frequently inaccurate. This app has one job, telling you when the subway is supposed to arrive and it can’t do that!
Gets the job done

A great no frills app that is very accurate in train train schedules . I don’t need to glitz and glamour of a modern app. This app gets the job done.

Only the MTA can have an app where the “live” times on the app aren’t accurate. Today for example the app said i had 3 minutes to catch the C train and when i went down to the train it had just left. Mediocre as usual

This app is completely useless and outdated. You can have full service and it will improperly update causing you to constantly miss trains that you originally thought you’d make

Easy to use and easy to understand interface with real-time arrival info. Great for strategizing my transit decisions.
