The app is good and i like it but the UI could definitely use some improvement. Something similar to the bus time app would be nice.

If there was less than a 1, I'd give it. If you are going to charge as much as you do, be as unreliable as your are and entirely fail at your ability to service your consumer I suppose this app should be entirely on par with my expectations; however, I expect more. My bad, I'm sure.

Can you please update your information better and faster. Can we also have the option to check our metro card Balance on here. It's would definitely save time.

It only has a few train lines and the ones they have don't even work! The arrival times are completely inaccurate.
