Times are way off lately

Ljlmusic

The arrival times are way off lately and don’t match what is in the station at all. Please fix this ASAP. I depend on this app a lot.

Reliable

Corpse555

Never had any complaints. Only time they may be off is if there’s a passenger delaying things. I've mainly used it for the A,B,D,F,4 trains.

Useful app but could be better

matthewlukesandoval

Useful, generally accurate arrival times but developers could make some simple and useful improvements. Top of the list would be a way to favorite stations/lines so those are available in one-click vs having to search every time.

Gets the job done

TuneJunez

Rarely write a review but this is an app I rely on; especially on the weekends. It is a refreshing change of pace away from the "old days" of waiting forever at a station for a train that may never come.

Works fine

Stopped working for a while but now back to working (most of the time)

Gets the job done

This MTA app doesn’t have the smoothest interface, but it works reliably. I’ve been using it daily for about 3 months and it’s only crashed 4-5x. Nothing major though, I closed the app and reopened it to find it working. I’d love it to have a map of the subway system too.

MTA BS

App downloaded fast but immediately told me “data is not available “ seems worthless to me.

Issues with Tremont Avenue stop of the Downtown D line

Steve Morales in NYC

September 13, 2019: Below-mentioned problem still exists. Still no response from the app developer. One star given, for lack of support. June 12, 2019: What I wrote below was never addressed, so as you can see, the developer is just as bad as the transit system... The app doesn’t always show when the next downtown D train is arriving at the Tremont Avenue station, so users are forced to looking at the status on the next stop north, 182-183 Streets. This became a problem as of November 2018, and has been ongoing and ignored since.

Off by minutes

The 2 train in the morning hours is always earlier then posted on here. Extremely aggravating when you think you should just make it but to your own surprise train pulls in when your steps away from going up the long stairs. #hatetheMTA

Unreliable

Patmac110

Like everything else in this city. The app only shows trains going south at my station...one stop away. Useless.
