This app used to be very reliable, but nowadays it’s wrong far more than it should be. Today the S train isn’t running but it’s still showing times as though it is. The same thing happened when all the 1/2/3 trains were down last week because of the water main break. Also the times are no longer quite as good as they used to be.

PLEASE Add a Favorite Station feature. I literally only use this for two stations (work and home) and can’t stand scrolling through station names in distant boroughs to get to the one I want.

How can the official MTA app not be synced with real-time station data? Ask these developers! Why are dozens of workers aimlessly walking on the tracks right now preventing trains from running? Don’t even bother! But I sure wish the MTA app would’ve informed me of this. It didn’t.

It eliminates all options but the live train tracker, & tells you to d'load the beta version of the "all-in-one" mta app. Lame.

The service status page is a blank screen. The MTA maps page is a blank screen. If you want information about stations where multiple lines cross, you need to toggle between line pages (ie, at least 3 extra clicks). Did the developer of this app ever take the subway?

This app worked well when I first got it, but if you’re an early traveler, forget it. Half the time it show there are no trains at the station and miraculously while your heading to the subway, it pops up that their is a train arriving in 2 minutes. Sometimes it shows trains arriving on the wrong platform. I don’t know if this has to do with transit themselves, but this has been one of THE WORSE week using this app.

Very convenient to know the schedule before entering any station. In terms of interface it would have been great to have two additional features: -search by station (vs line) in order to see ALL the lines in a given station - select favorite stations in order to simplify the search

I downloaded this app while waiting at a station with no arrival displays. App said the next train was 10mins away just as a train pulled into the station. Pretty spectacular fail the first time out.

This app would be much better if I could see when the Q is arriving at 42nd street? I have to look at 34th and plan from there. Clicking on Times Square brings me to 49th. Q rider
