Great but missing critical feature!

Liowik

You guys must put in favorites. Times for your Favorite stations on your favorite lines. Also Look to the app onTime for perfect examples of best practices for implementation. Favorites is an especially easy feature to implement and will make a world or difference! Will raise stars when u implement this.

Accurate but...

bwana333

So far the app is pretty accurate on arrival times since I live next to a station and can very faintly hear them pass...that being said how is there not an option within the app to save one’s favorite or most used stations for direct or default access? Minus two stars until that feature is added otherwise helpful when they’re running right which is only two thirds the time anyways.

Best MTA Train Time App!

AppLover20

This is the best mta app I have used and it's free! Very accurate! The same train times as the countdown clocks at the train station. Finally an app that works and is accurate so you know how much time you have before the next train arrives. Also has live updated track work and delay info. Five stars

Useless app, wrong status

JacobNY

What good is an app when MTA can’t even provide the correct status of what train is coming and what time

Crashes Doesn’t Work

BronxNerd

The app crashes before the train times can load. It doesn’t work.

Most useless thing I’ve ever used

Steve210496

As if the mta wasn’t bad enough they make this stupid app that doesn’t even give you the proper times of trains. I’m standing at 125 st for 10 min now there was suppose to be 2 local trains arriving I’m yet to see one. This app is just useless like the mta and the majority of its workers.

Fake Numbers

pi314159$

This app has declined during 2018. Train times shown on the app are now different than those displayed in the stations (they used to be the same). So are the station times wrong, or the app, or both?!

Missing the point

Bcbasslet

1. App needs to open with Where You Are, so you can see your options 2. Maps aren’t expandable/contractable with finger spreading. Really?

Really useful on the train platform

empirestatebuilding

Provides simple yet valuable information about train arrivals so you can make quick decisions about what train to take and whether it makes sense to get off for a transfer. While the interface is kind of dated, it’s simplicity makes it fast and responsive.

Can’t live without this app

unhappyuser

If you have many train options to choose from at your station, this is a great app to help you decide which train to take because you can see which trains are arriving soon at your specified station! I would love to see the app eliminate the initial screen where you have to select the subway line you’re interested in. It is really not necessary. Instead, it should simply allow you to search for the station name and show all arrivals for all lines at that station. Even better would be to show you your nearest station from where you’re located and which trains will be arriving soon!
