Overall I really liked this app. It made purchasing my ticket very easy and quick from home. No need to stand in line. The schedules come in handy too. I would have liked to have payed using ApplePay. Maybe in a future release? The only other thing I would’ve liked to see in Wallet integration so I didn’t have to open the app to show my ticket. I’ll definitely be using this app in the future though.


Buttons disappear

When using the ‘show my bus’ feature in the interactive map, the back button disappears and there’s no way to return to the previous screen. You must choose the menu button and start all over again. Frustrating when trying to determine which bus might be most convenient.


Not Helpful At All

I tried several times to plan a trip using this app. Every. Single. Time. the app said there were no stops within 0.5 miles, when the website shows that there ARE stops for that route, at that exact location, on that day, at that time. Various screens (such as the detailed route map) have no back arrow, so if you go to that screen you have to start from scratch. Not worth the space it takes up on my phone.


Decent app, limited functionality

I like the app. I have used it several times when I forgot my Go-To (U-Pass) pass. However, what would really be great is if the app could incorporate an existing Go-To pass. I don’t need to carry my debit/credit cards with me thanks to Apple Pay, this app should incorporate that mindset.

Can’t even add value to your card

Trying to add value to your card gets error after error until the attempt fails entirely. It’s clear this app is not getting routine maintenance or anything of the sort. It’s unusable.

Account details are almost non existent in the account menu. Where can we edit payment information? Why can’t we just pay with Apple Pay? Why can’t we link a go-to card to the account and charge money out of that? Sometimes it won’t even let you pay for a ticket and just stall out on a blank screen. Sometimes you can’t check the balance of your go-to card because it is stuck loading even though everything else works fine. Also when purchasing the actual ticket there should be an expanding menu that explains whether or not it is currently a rush hour time or not. It’s really just not well thought out.
