The concept of being able to tell when your bus is coming is super helpful, but if it’s not accurate it’s useless. If your bus is late (as they often are), will tell you your bus has already left so you start walking to another route, and then your original bus goes zipping by and won’t stop. When it works it’s kinda neat, but you never know until afterward whether it’s working. Yet another thing that makes you wonder what you’re paying $90+ a month for.

How can I get them to show up as something that can be scanned (MN star fair passes specifically..

1) it uses rigid but different that postal code addresses so rehashing that for both destinations can take time. 2) There is NO BACK BUTTON. So once you ask to see a map of the route you are dead ended. Start over from scratch just to get to the previous screen. Ridiculous in 2018.

The app used to work for me, but now I cannot buy any kind of ticket with it. It continually gives me a “transaction error” with multiple types of payment.

I’m a developer for a living and the amount of glaring bugs and bad ideas in the app are stupid high: - Stale bus tickets just sit there and you can’t remove them from the UI. If you can, then it isn’t obvious how to. - Whenever I try to add value to my go-to card, I can’t because it says I can only have a maximum of 1 item in my cart. So I look at my cart and see that I have 0 items. Basically, adding value through the app is impossible; I have to resort using the website or the console at the station. - Why do I have to enter my password every time I open my account settings? - Why do I need to enter in my go-to card number to add value? Isn’t signing in the app itself secure enough? - Why do I need to enter in my go-to card number just to see my card’s balance?

This app allows you to pay for passes on the go, which is nice. And you can store payment info, so you don’t have to purchase in advance if you don’t want. I live in central Minnesota and only use metro transit occasionally. Usually when traveling into town for a conference or meeting. Nonetheless, I have certain spots I travel to/from regularly. But you can’t save these spots in the app. That’s ridiculous. Also, once you enter your trip info, you can’t alternate between map view and trip details. So if you look at the map, you’ll lose details on which bus you’re taking next. Absurd. This sort of UI isn’t that difficult to create. I don’t care, charge a minimal fee to use the app. But at least make it work!

1) i guess the person or team who was handling this app to decide what action need to done through this app is IT illiterate. 2) The team who was developing this App might be the research for them to test on users - Because simple action like to add money/balance cannot be done properly - None of the buttons are working - Can Metro Transit explain what can be done through this Aap - MetroTransit really waste Tax money on it - waste of time to use this App

it would be helpful to connect a metropass to this app to scan for fares and show transit police rather than a stand alone card which can be lost/stolen/forgotten
