It’s honestly like they ported a browser page into an app and didn’t edit it or check for bugs Really just an awful app, which I would revise my review for if it were fixed
Decent app; rush hour bug

It’s 4:30 on a Saturday, which does not count as rush hour. The app will only let me activate a rush hour ticket. Please take the $0.50 I overpaid and fix this bug. Thanks!
mobile ticketing an absolute fail

consistently this app logs me out too soon, or fails to process payment (whether through paypal or cards directly), resulting in delays. i’m writing this having missed the bus because this app—for the nth time—either logged out or crashed as i attempted payment. (for clarity, i had sufficient funds on every occasion.)
