Worthless

Dghhtyjffrr

I want to buy one fare but that's below the minimum purchase. So I have to buy fares I don't need.

Crashes

KristieSKA

Crashes every time I try and go to "Trip Tools"

Terrible

Cjm326

Constant crashing, cannot even open app to explore features and capabilities or buy a ticket. This version is a complete waste of everyone's time, you would think they would test prior to launch.

Unusable

babbster1

If you skip the create account / sign in step, version 1.0.1013 crashes within 5 seconds, even if you don't attempt to select any function.

Constant crashing

Min3rales

This app crashes every time I open it and have to restart my phone just to show my transfer! Re-do the app because it's useless.

Awful

joshuaellingson

Barely works and the app crashes and the tickets are so impractical. This is a terrible app and it's embarrassing on behalf of the twin cities

Ridiculous app

mcastillo0718

Crashes all the time. Clunky! Deleting.

Only Crashes

C0lecat21

I would love for them to fix this app- please stop crashing!!

Cashing issue

Cassifish

Anytime I click on trip tools it crashes. Seriously what the hell? If my bus can't be on time at least let me see how late it's running! -.-

Forces you to buy two tickets at a time, always expire the same day

vnvm

There is no way to buy a single ticket - it's always two at a time and both expire the same day. Worthless if you're trying to take the train to the airport and won't be back for a few days. Why not just charge a small convenience fee instead? Or allow for bulk ticket purchases in advance that can be used any time like most other city transit systems?
