Very nice app. I like being able to see if my bus is on the way at 5am on a snowy day (I have had to use it many times). However, on iOS, there is no back button. Kind of a big deal!!

The app is convenient however it needs much improvement. For starters it doesn’t actually tell you when rush-hour is and it if you purchase our non-rush-hour ticket and then go to use it it is smart enough to tell you why can’t this happen before hand that way you don’t get double charged
Beware! Purchase only on device you will use when riding!

I downloaded the app and purchased State Fair Express tickets (only time we use Metro Transit) while working on my iPad. When I went to my phone later, installed the app, and logged in, my tickets were not there. They are only available on the device from which you made your purchase. Since I’m certainly not going to carry my iPad around the fair, I’m out $10 because I had to purchase tickets again on my phone. Also, don’t be proactive and activate your State Fair Express tickets the evening before you go. Once activated, they expire at 2:00 a.m. Could really use better instructions for using the app. I liked it much better when you could order without an app and have the tickets sent to your phone in advance.

Needs more time to fully develop I’m not saying that I hate metro Transit but in order for it to be Voiceover friendly it has to be a functional app that’s why this app gets a 1 star rating
Almost unusable

App is always telling me that I don’t have a network connection and therefore can’t use any of its functions no matter if I’m using data or connected to wifi. If it really does need wifi and not data to function, that’s ridiculous. How are riders supposed to use it while commuting? Today it stopped working altogether and wouldn’t even let me log in. Almost got kicked off of my bus and now have to figure out fare. Altogether not impressed you’re better off using the website.
