This app works maybe 30% of the time. It is never accurate, and you will most likely miss your train or bus.

This is Not a good app. All this does is give you a ticket. It doesn’t tell you when a bus is coming or if it’s going to be late. That is what metro transit needs..

Be careful of “rush hour”

Make sure you know the rush hour time frames before buying a ticket. It doesn’t tell you, unless you bought the incorrect one. Then you have to buy another.

This app is terrible and you should be ashamed. All I wanted is a simple map. This app is terrible.

Advice for developer. Imagine your from out of town and you need to find the nearest bus stop. You can’t do it. You have to know where the bus stops are to plan a trip. Better idea would be to have map show you were you are and what bus options are closest to you. Then have a BUY button.

App is awful. Can’t sign into account says I’m not on internet. Completely frustrating since I’m trying to purchase tickets for a ride and leave them on my phone for convenience

Transaction Errors

There are regular transaction errors on here. Being able to purchase tickets is arguably this app’s most important function and I manage to do it maybe half the time (with an updated app and good cell service).

App cannot connect to the internet to log me in. I just deleted & redownloaded the app so I know I have a internet connection.

Tried to purchase a ticket tried for 20 minutes missed multiple buses ended up walking home. Also customer service might want to update estimated wait time. 2 mins 6 seconds is not 16 minutes. Then was told the app has been down all day...
