This app is fine but the depart/arrival time function is really clumsy. I want to be able to choose routes within a certain time frame, not just at a specific time. With this app you have to input the time using up and down arrows. It sometimes zooms in, sometimes zooms out, and it's really annoying. Why not have a drop down that says next 15 minutes, 30 minutes, etc. that knows what time it is and can show you all the options for that time frame? This way you know what time you have to be there and all the options to get to your destination. If they did this it would be a great app.

Why would you not include this function? To a regular transit user, this makes no sense.

Works, but clumsy and frustrating. App forgets your login info frequently and doesn't support Touch ID. Schedule info is clunky web view instead of something more native and useful.
Boohoo!
Every time I buy a ticket it says there's an error. I have to close and open several times till it allows me to purchase it. E-V-E-R-Y S-I-N-G-L-E T-I-M-E

Works well for me. The all day pass I used for work was great. No issues so far. Payment is easy, I used PayPal.

Server busy all day. If you plan to use... install and sign up DAYS ahead of time. Instead, I paid cash. But now I have 16 dollar coins to tote around all day.

This app is basically pointless. Shuts down anytime you click anything, if it even opens.

Zero stars. Update: October 2017- still doesn’t work. Using trip tools to plan a trip shouldn’t ever result in a server error, but it frequently does. I don’t need to get home tomorrow when it works. I need to get home today. If your tool isn’t reliable, I can’t use it. They just launched a new version with a big splash. It doesn't work either.(may 2017) Trying to access trip tools results in HTTP 404 error. Given how much is invested in the transit system, it seems like they could do a better job on the app. It honestly seems like it was developed as part of someone's school project rather than using a professional team. Even when it did work, I could not buy tix for the express bus which is different than the basic $2.25 fare.
