The new app is trash

Metro shutdown all access to online banking for 3 days to implement this garbage?! The old app wasn’t perfect but at least it worked as intended. I can’t even transfer from ny metro account to my credit card to pay it off. I also can’t “make a payment” because it fails everytime. Called metro and kept being put on hold and the rep kept asking dumb questions about how I was paying such as “are you using a debit card?” No I was using your stupid app and it’s not functional. The rep just straight up disconnected after I was waiting on hold for about 45 minutes. If you don’t bank with metro keep it that way. Also don’t ever get a mortgage with them... especially Anthony Monteiro

The new app and update has been an absolute disaster. Can’t log in. Then when I do it says unable to access service. Very disappointing
Face ID Never works

I enrolled in Face ID and every time I try to sign in, it doesn’t work. Very disappointed. Use to love this app compare to the other banks. The app glitches and is super slow. Loved the old one and never had any problems with it until now ?

What is notable on this new version of this app, it doesn’t have any option to lock in with fingers print. Is there any plans in place to add this further to make fingerprints lock-in, which will make the app useful and easy to check your account? Thanks

This new banking app is shameful. No FaceTime security. Is it even secure? Confidence is not inspired. Metro CU didn’t even try. FaceTime does not work despite reply from developer. You cannot enroll to deploy FaceTime. You get this error message: “We are currently experiencing a phone line issue and are troubleshooting to correct it. We appreciate your patience as we work toward a resolution.” PISS POOR EXECUTION. CLUELESS DEVELOPERS. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!

I dont like this update it looks pretty bad and its more difficult to navigate and also face recognition isnt an option so i have to sign in every time i open the app which is difficult when im in a rush
