The new update is horrible, it makes everything more complicated and most of the time it doesn’t revenue load .

This new update is horrendous. It looks so confusing, Face ID doesn’t work & it doesn’t even clearly state when your account goes on a negative. HORRIBLE! I’ve been thinking of switching to another credit union because of this. Everything is so tech savvy nowadays that you would expect an easier looking layout for people of all ages. This makes it harder for me of 21 years.. imagine an older person!! SWITCH IT BACK. Nothing about this new update is as great as you all are saying.

This update is absolutely atrocious. The app is slow, laggy, and ugly. It’s the furthest thing from being user friendly. I had to dig into a reply from a negative review to even find out you can activate faceid. This was after having to type in my password over and over again to sign in. Is this 2002??? Make our experience easier. NOT HARDER! Come on.

The old app was fine, it did what I needed it to. This app crashes and Face ID sign in only works 1% of the time. I just tried to transfer money and it crashed. The app design looks like it came from 2002.. we were logged out of our accounts for days for this.. really. SO disappointed! I might switch banks for just this reason alone. This app should make my life easier not harder. You lost a customer.

Way to make things more difficult. I couldn’t access my account so I got charged penalty fees. It shows my wife and my accounts are together which is causing confusion when doing transfers. Why would you add that. Whoever’s idea it was to update this app is a idiot.

This app was perfectly fine before the update, now it looks terrible and is less functional. People really get paid for anything these days including messing up an already functioning app. Biggest mistake you’ve done so far. Ill be moving banks because i do most of my banking online and this app is worthless

Not happy with the update. It is not user friendly. I actually preferred the previous app.
