Since the update a few months again the app is almost unusable. Some features, such as using Face ID don’t even work. Bring back the old one!
How do you go from bad to worst?

The previous app was 10 times better than this one! How do you manage to manage to move backwards Metro? 2021 is right around the corner and you can’t even use biometric to logging your account. Get it together Metro or you will start losing customers.

Please fix! This new update has to be the worse app update I have seen! It evens looks outdated and the functions are not convenient. I do appreciate the Zelle option now but that’s it. The biggest annoyance I have now is I login via faceID and it still makes me verify my account via text codes every time. It makes no sense and I don’t understand who taught this was an improvement for the members. This is working harder, not smarter!

this was a terrible rollout of a new app that breaks many essential features. touch id login is completely broken. the app itself is messy and unintuitive.

UPDATE: This app just continues to get worse. Zelle does not work, my linked banking accounts are missing, my Christmas & Vacation accounts are now gone as if they never existed. Finally, the email feature in the app isn’t working either. About ready to close my accounts because this is ridiculous! The update of the app and the website is horrible! It gives me a headache just using them. They are not user friendly and the set up is unnecessary convoluted! Sometimes simple is best. This is just horrible! Whoever designed this app and website should not be proud. It’s awful!

It says I can review balance without logging in and I can never ever see anywhere I can do this not to mention the app itself is to involved making it a process to use ! Just my opinion ! Not happy
Can’t log in!

I’ve been trying for 20 minutes to log into my account but whenever I enter my user ID and password, it brings me back to the log in screen with the password cleared out and no error message! Super frustrating.

Can I give it 0 stars? This app is terrible. It’s not worth the memory space on my phone. The previous app wasn’t perfect, but at least it let me login...Yikes.
New version leaves a lot to be desired

While I like the Zelle integration I hate the fact that if I forget to log out it disables Face ID as if not logging out will cause someone to steal my face. That needs to be fixed.
