I cannot get my account registered with this app at all. I get to the point where it says it’s sending a verification code to my email and it never does. It has been this way for weeks now and I can get no app support

The new app has been improved a LIT! It is much easier to find and book appointments now and I no longer need to call to book a massage. I would love it if they would add the information to see how many sessions you have available to use.

Been using this app for awhile. It’s great to use to book appointments. It misses a few points because I am not able to see how many credits I have and make updates on my profile. Seriously, all I see is the agreements, and PSA needed for legal reasons. Please developers make it so I do not have to bother the workers at Massage Envy to get updates on my credits I have (plus, it’s nice to see my credits and makes massage envy accountable) and if I need to make credit card changes I can do so easily.

Takes forever to schedule an appt. so many screens. No calendar flexibility. Wish I could enter a time and service and then have a list of locations with that availability. And PLEASE allow us to skip all the add ons until AFTER an appt is made.

App is functional, requires a few steps before getting to part allowing to schedule an appointment. Like the new feature to view up to three locations at once, thanks for that. But it appears you have taken away a nice feature with previous version allowing one to add appointment(from the confirmation of appointment page)to calendar. I found this very helpful as I use my calendar religiously to plan my life. Please bring it back. Thanks

There is much room for improvement. I can see service and find locations but I can no longer book online and the folks in the office can’t help.

My email changed and I can’t seem to update it on the app or on the webpage. And I changed email in person. So I think now it recognizes that my new email is registered but it won’t let me log into my account with it. Only with the old email. Frustrating

I like the app. Would be great if I could add directly to my calendar from the ‘my appts’.
