Difficult to book an appointment

It is almost impossible to book an appointment. You select what you’re looking for then you have to click on every day to see if it’s available. They don’t tell you when what you want is available, you have to find it. So frustrating. I have a membership and haven’t used it because this process takes too long. Canceling

Can’t see services already paid for anymore

You used to be able to see how many massages you had prepaid and can no longer. That was a very useful feature. I can’t see why you would take that away. Bring it back.

I am confused as to why they only ask for an email, when you can be searched by phone number while calling in to schedule an appointment. I was frustrated to have to call a local place to sort out my email. It turns out I had an older email on file and didn’t think it was the old email I had listed, but was able to get my new email added to my account I don’t understand why you HAVE to enter in an email when you could have the option for the phone number to look up your account. Once I got my email changed and had a verification code entered, the app stopped working! I would tap login and then the log in screen would come up, but then flash back to the get started/ log in screen. This app isn’t working out, I can just make a call with a competent human being and not have all these issues.

You can book appointments but that is about it. It doesn’t remember your location or know anything about your account. There is a lot of opportunity for improvement.

Searching and filtering is a pain. Why must I flip through multiple screens to search different locations and different session lengths. Waste of time.

Why on the app and the website does it not allow you to save preferences??? Why do you have to redo every single thing before if you want to change the location? Lame.

It would be nice if it allowed you to book more than 4 weeks in advance and specify the therapist that you want to see instead of having to scroll through days to find your therapist. You should also be able to cancel from the app.

Confusing app with too many steps

It would be great if you could just look at a day and see what therapists are available that day. It would also be good if you could search by therapist name and see what they have available. The app is clearly aimed at selling unneeded add-ons. I just want to book a massage with a therapist I know and like.

Please add “Search by Provider” option.
