App is terrible

The name not mentioned here

This APP is complete garbage. I have trouble from the word go with this. I have tried signing in with no luck, resetting password, using new and different email addresses and still not having luck. Would be helpful if this APP worked.


Unable to Schedule Appointments

I have been unable to schedule an appointment using this app since day 1. I’ve contacted their support. They are absolutely useless. My home location says that corporate support needs to fix the issue and corporate support says the home location needs to fix it. Absolutely useless!


Used to be better

I used to be able to search by Therepist and I used to be able to see how many sessions or hours I had banked in my account. For some reason that info is no longer displayed and I also now have to jump through hoops just to find an available time with the therapist I want. Frustrating that it could be fixed but it has not.


Why do limited?

Why can’t I see my own account info such as: * how many prepaid sessions are in my a count? * ability to change my credit card on file, load a gift card, or even change payment method to PayPal? An app should be able to provide this simple and common visibility.

It’s easy to book an appointment but why is there no option to cancel or reschedule an appointment. I have to call in order to do that. It’s not convenient.


Missing connectivity & other things

For starters, there seems to be no way to open a ticket or address an issue via the app or support links. Appointments booked on the app don’t make their way to the specific locations, and the booking screen either omits specific appointments creating weird 30-60 minute gaps, or lists incorrect information all together. It’s best to just call the location you need to book an appointment.


Completely useless now

I can’t even sign in anymore, the button stays greyed out. When it did work, it’s not helpful to book an appointment. If I want a specific person, I can’t just look at that persons availability.


Does not ever work

Not once have I ever been able to make an appointment on this app. You pay a lot of money for this membership, you do the millions of steps of the app (ok, 6 or so) that are required to book, then you find an appointment, but by the time you get to the click to book page and click book appointment, the screen goes blank or it eternally loads. This issue has been going on quite some time now, it never gets fixed. The people in store say there are no issues with the app and it should work fine, but clearly they dont use it. I’ve tried making sure there are updates, turned my phone off and on, but it continues to happen. What’s also frustrating is you find one, go through all those steps and take all that time, give up and call, and sometimes that slot is available when you call but other times it’s not. If you want an app to show you your appointment or research the service options, it works. It’s useless for booking appointments. If they fix it I’ll change my review, but meanwhile don’t waste your time and just call the store if you want a massage. Sadly, the office staff are so busy so if this worked it would save them all so much time, but clearly this app is not a priority. Or maybe it’s a way to deter you from using your massages. Also, you have to scroll day by day to find one and sometimes that takes a ton of time. If they could just show you when there are openings, it would make this more efficient and user friendly too.


Crashes Every Time I Use It

Great new features in the app, except... it crashes every time I try to book an appointment. Very disappointing and frustrating since I want to use my credits but can’t seem to ever book an appointment. Now thinking of cancelling my account.


Needs a Better User Experience

App is basic and just ok, but certainly lacks a comprehensive user experience. In addition to scheduling and upcoming appointments, the Dashboard should also include the ability to modify an existing appointment, view past appointments, and the ability to quickly reschedule with a past therapist or location, and the balance of available units/credits. There should also be company Covid-19 response/message (or a link to it) somewhere on the app ... possibly at the top of the Dashboard near “Welcome Back ...” The Profile/Account section should have information on the balance of available units/credits as well, units/credits used (e.g. this month, this quarter, year to date, last year, etc), billing information, ability to change payment methods, add and purchase gift cards, and an option to either suspend/hibernate or cancel membership especially during the pandemic.
