Highly annoying and Lacking the Basics

The app is VERY basic. You are able to see what services as available at any one office but to get to that point you have to enter all your information even after logging in. Also, you can only see one location at a time without having to go through all the questions again to see what’s available at the next location. It’s a lot of work. Then despite being logged into my account as a member it doesn’t seem to recognize my membership and give me any of the discounted information or show how many massage sessions I have available to me. This is annoying because it means I always have to call to confirm instead of checking my member benefits myself. In addition I can’t seem to book an actual appointment through the app, I can get as far as seeing what’s available but then it doesn’t let me enter my card information to book the appointment, I always end up having to call to actually schedule which makes the app only useful for identifying which offices in my area have availability for a date I’m looking at.

As a member, I used to be able to see how many hours I had accrued in the app. I want that information. It seems deceptive to take a feature like that away. Maybe I am reading too much into it, but I don’t want to have to personally track my hours but contacting the franchise.

This app need a a lot of work. I go through the process of choosing what I am looking for in a session and if I don’t find a therapist for the day I want I have to start from the beginning with my choices. The same if I change locations. Why can’t I see how many sessions I have accumulated ? It’s easier to just call on the phone instead of this app. Come on developers for Massage Envy, you can do much better. A big dissapointment.

Seems like the developers could have designed the app better by allowing the app to link to your membership plan. The app is only good for scheduling appointments, that’s about it. But even with appointment scheduling, you still have to clarify that you’re a member every time you check in. And you have no way to check your credit balance, usage/therapist history, or other informational features. So much more potential to be a useful app, it’s too bad they don’t make the effort to improve it.

I wish you could put in multiple locations & see who has the best time slot, instead of going back through the app several times! This would save a lot of time since there are 4 locations near me. Thanks!!

The app would work much better for me (long time client) if there was an option to: 1) pick your therapist 2) enter a range of start/end dates 3) select an appointment for that chosen therapist I can’t do that with the app - I have to call the Massage Envy location.
