The app is relatively easy and convenient but the old version allowed me to see how many sessions I had in my account. That was really helpful and is a feature I miss.

The app is convenient to book however as I need to cancel and reschedule appointments it doesn’t have this function. It’s hard to call when the front desk is busy assisting their clients and get them on the phone to cancel when you rebooked yourself another day. And this is not last minute cancelling. I’m planning 1-2 months out.

Maybe I’m clueless but it would be nice if you could select multiple dates to see if massages are available, vs day by day. I could be missing that option tho. Thank you!!!

This app is so convenient! I don’t have to do the scheduling dance: what time works for you? No, I can’t do that time, oh, that date doesn’t work. Blah blah blah. Log in, find a time and date that works and book it. EASY! Plus the services are fantastic!!
