Let us search by therapist name at location! It’s very tedious to go through each day to see if the therapist is available for a 90 minute service then go back and check all the days for a 60 minute service! Why can’t I just search for a facial with Jesse and show me all of her openings? It used to show how many services I have left on my account but no longer shows that info. Please bring that back. Add a skip tab to the TOP of your upsell pages!! Once I book an appointment it has no tab to quickly add the appointment to my calendar. Please add the quick link to the calendar!

For the past 3 weeks have not been able to view my current or past appointments. Happened to me earlier this year had to cancel my old subscription which I had for over a year and create a new user and create a new subscription to be able to see my appointments. Obviously lost all my history.
Add available sessions

I wish they would pit back the ability to see how many sessions you have available. It used to show up.
Most annoying app ever

Makes you go thru 20 different screens before you get to the page you are trying to get to. Just let me get to what I want to see without playing 100 questions.
Good but lacks a needed function

The app is great for scheduling and tracking appointments but lacks the key function of canceling/rescheduling an appointment. Having to call defeats the purpose of the app.

Why bother updating and optimizing the app if you can’t even use it to book an appointment? Absolutely pointless.

Since the most recent update you are able to do more and navigate more easily when booking an appointment. It would be nice for members to be able to see more info into their memberships, such as being able to see how many massages you have accrued and have in your account ready to use if you miss months.
Doesn’t save username and password

App doesn’t use Apple’s ability to save username and password. Why not? I don’t remember my password.
Functional-ish but buggy and could be improved

I usually book my appointments through the app because it is more convenient, but the app crashes periodically and signs you out for no reason. Also doesn’t tell you how many credits you have, which if you have an account you should be able to see how many credits are still in your account when you book so you’re able to see what services you can get and see your actual cost. Always shows nonmember pricing for some reason.
