Attempting to book appointments through the app and it says unable to complete. Called massage envy and the appointment didn’t go through. Last week is said problem and I got a call that I missed an appointment. Frustrating.

This is the weakest app that I have. 1. The app doesn’t recognize my membership, so each time I use the app to book, I have to remind the front desk that I am a member and have active credits available. 2. You can book and appointment, but it doesn’t track my past appointments. 3. It continually wants me to buy a membership, but I have been a member almost 10 years. Please hire some developers or put money into making this app better or just give up. Your competitors are out performing you

When I go to schedule a massage, it always me through the process as a nonmember and then proceed to charge me nonmember prices.

APP CRASHES if you edit the length of massage

On the booking page, if you click the edit pencil to change the length of massage from (for example) 90 mins to 60 mins, the app crashes and screen goes white and you have to force quit the app and start over. Horrible experience over all with this app. It is still designed with WAY TOO MANY CLICKS to see visibility / availability on specific times and days. Let users see availability by time slot or Massuse FIRST and then try and upsell me additional services once I’m happy with how easy it could have been to find an open time that works for me.

Please add a section showing recent payments and cumulative credits. It would be nice to know how many credits I have and when the next one is.

The app could be so much better, but it is not. The app focuses on the “extra” add ons for massages and all that sparkle and jazz. Older versions of the app showed how many sessions subscribed members have, but for some reason they took that away. Knowing the sessions accumulated was very helpful when scheduling, but for some reason it was removed with an “updated” version. Also, we isn’t the app able to book a couples massage? Wanted to do this for my wife and I, but it became too much of a hassle and we scheduled separately at the same location. One pro for the app is the new ability to search multiple locations when trying to book an appointment. Please have the developer bring back the sessions accumulated!!

I downloaded the app and when I went to sync my existing account to it the 5 digit code would never show up in my email. Went to app support and all it does is take you to the website for massage envy, and there’s no app support to be found on their website. During covid it would be nice to have a working app!

Visuals, descriptions of services, etc works as a website more than an app. The main function of the app is to book an appointment; however, I found it much more effective to call in for an appointment. I’m also a member but the app shows nothing of my membership status, points, etc. Even though the app doesn’t include those features, the website pushes to book via the app.

App needs ability to modify or cancel

App is convenient for bookings, but you have to call to cancel or modify. Please add feature to cancel appointments. Also, too many pages now for up-sells. You should only have to select those options that impact the booking (those add ons that require a specifically trained therapist, etc). Right now it is nothing but up-selling, which is annoying.

Worst app ever

Not user friendly at all! Have the developers tried to schedule on the app?! Make a feature that you can search by therapist and see all their openings. Going day by day is tedious. I called for help and they said they don’t use the app... waste of time.
