Can’t Book Appointments

The new app features are helpful, however once I put my credit card info in, it just loads and never accepts payment, so I can never actually book an appointment through the app. I always end up having to call, and the times I try to book online usually end up being taken by then. Also, the app does not recognize that I’m already a member. Also, I wish I could see all available locations, not just 3 at a time.
Where are our credits?

Some nice enhancements to the app. Yet the lack of transparency with your clients continues. When logged into the app, we should be able to see the number of credits we have. Also, what happened to the appointment history?
“Use My Current Location” Hangs / Balances

When attempting to book a massage and find locations around me via “Use My Current Location”, the screen just continues to present the “Searching for locations” screen and the spinning little circle. I have to kill the app and start over not using this feature. I must manually enter my zip code to search for locations around me. This application really needs to have financial information on it. Things like: member balances, ways to print receipts and change payment options.
Pretty Good! Please add point tracking.

This app is pretty good! Like the latest updates. Wish I could see how many points I have. I have to ask the front desk to give me a point update which is irritating. Especially when they have to look multiple times to give me an accurate count.

This App does not recognize my active membership status and asks for credit card number before booking an appointment. I should NOT have to enter my credit card information again Inorder to book an appointment. You can not proceed with booking unless a credit card number is entered. Very inefficient system as I end up calling for an appointment.
App is Better, but no longer adds appt to Calendar

The app seems to work much better and feel more fluid, but it no longer adds appointments to your Calendar and the option to set this functionality is completely gone. Would upgrade rating if this feature comes back
The “dashboard” that tells you nothing

Impossible to use

As a long time ME customer, I was excited to use this app but I found it impossible to use. After setting it up, it wouldn’t let me log on because it didn’t recognize my password, then wouldn’t let me retrieve my password using my email address because it didn’t recognize my email address. Waste of time. It got deleted.

What’s the point?

Why have an app when I have to call to find available appointments, and to find out how many credits I have? There is no way that my nearest location has NO availability for the next several weeks. It’s impossible to book an appt online, which is what I want to use the app is for! And it would be easy to choose length of time, or multiple services, if I actually knew how many credits I had vs. having to call. This has been an ask by reviewers for so long. Missing the add to calendar feature, that it used to have. Would be great to have that back.
