Lots of bugs when updating information

Using an iPhone, encountered lots of bugs. Cannot update phone in profile (continues to generate ‘add country code’ error for phone preventing advancement, even when clearly showing the +1 for US code, trying to report a missed reservation, calendar will ONLY allow a check in date of Jan 6, 2022 and not allow entry of check-out date, etc.) I called to speak with a tech rep who told me she entered the correct registration number and to give it 2 minutes to allow it to reboot, but issues still are the same. I’ve used this in the past and it worked well, so ranking it 3 stars now because it was good, but latest iteration won’t allow profile update or report of missed booking (or showing of current booking.)

As a long time Bonvoy member with Ambassador status I live in the Bonvoy App. It is one of the most useful apps on my phone. Easy to use, fast and reliable. For someone on the go it is the “go to” app for hotels. Great way to stay connected to the world of Marriott.

I came to NY for my birthday! Hadn’t stayed at The Moxy before. This hotel was wonderful! I was walking distance from everything I needed! I’ll definitely stay here again! ❤️
Great location but not clean room

I attended Sheraton Tampa river walk hotel for my daughter’s orchestra. It was great location and great view room. However rooms were not cleaned properly with few ants in the bathroom and walls. Carpet weren’t clean as well with few dog food hidden behind beds and desks.

The bed and pillows were very nice and we slept well. The service was prompt every time we needed something. The breakfast was great. That’s about the end of the good stuff. When we arrived, the safe didn’t work, the glasses were dirty, one of them even had a chip in the lip of the glass, and there was a half used roll of toilet paper with no extra rolls. There’s no fan in the bathroom so if you like a little noise to sleep, it’s very quiet. You also have to wait to get ready bc the mirror is foggy after a shower. The shower door doesn’t stay shut.

First time in this area. The room was everything we needed. We stayed with our two pups. The hotel staff were very supportive and friendly to whatever we needed during our stay. A huge thank you to Jamal and Preston.
