App is a complete failure. I enter the EXACT same login info I do on my home computer and it tells me info is incorrect. No one at Marriott can provide any help/service on the app. Would rate 0 stars if possible

I’ve NEVER had any issues with this app or the hotel. The app has basically anything & everything you would need. If the actual function isn’t on the app, there’s more than enough info to find/figure out what you’re needing/wanting to find out in the app. The staff is MORE than accommodating with almost everything! As a nurse who works 12+ hr shifts - the staff was extremely easy to work with & absolutely understood if I needed to add another night’s stay to my reservation, due to inclement weather conditions, & me not being able to message them via the app or call them until the late afternoon. Their check out time is 11:00 am, but they’d keep my room on hold when I asked if that was possible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!

Was excited to stay after renovations. Everything looks nice and fresh. But had to change rooms first night due to neither TV working and went from suite to regular king. Furnished like economy hotel and bed was very soft, almost like the mattresses weren’t replaced during renovation. Evidently no sound insulation used as clearly heard all from nearby rooms and hallways. With that said, staff was nice and professional and the place was clean.

We stay out of town quite a bit with travel ball. We love staying at Marriott locations. The app makes booking a breeze. We have experienced clean and welcoming accommodations and highly recommend them!

The mobile key function doesn’t work. Or the hotel staff doesn’t know how to use it. I’ve been to 2 different Marriott properties trying to use this feature and it never works. And Marriott advertises it as working. Some commercial with a dad carrying in his sleeping kid straight to the room. Which is what I tried to do but it doesn’t work. It keeps saying I need to show id at the front desk when I already did. The Hyatt app had the mobile key feature working years ago. Really frustrating. This app has limited functionality. I don’t really see the point to it.
