Calendar guy

Works well. Use often during the fall/winter football season. The view bill function USED to work but hasn’t in a while. Remote key is slow to arrive. But all other functions are nice.


Amazing and super clean!

Our stay at the residence inn Livermore was fantastic! Room was spacious and modern. Clean facilities and delicious complimentary hot breakfast that can’t be found elsewhere. Staff was kind and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again!!


Just a get away!

Just needed a getaway, and this hotel is quiet and VERY clean rooms!!!! I was truly impressed due to I have not been in a hotel since Covid. The Bonvoy App makes it easy to check in and out!!!!??????????????


No front desk visits needed

The Bonvoy app is great. There is no need for a front desk stop. Check in, special requests, mobile key, and check out. All within my phone.


Google Maps…

2 times I used google maps & the directions sent me to empty lots! Apple Maps worked much better. Other than that I love the app!


Cleaning

The villa was nice but it was not cleaned thoroughly. The sink area had dried up tooth paste and soap around it from previous guests and it’s all on the tissue holder box. I am unsure if it’s been there a while or not but it’s unsanitary to have that issue especially during the Covid19 pandemic. It was splattered on the bottom of the mirror area.


Overnight stayed

We love the location Close to I 95 and the property is beautiful. However this time the room was very average and the mattress was very lumpy and it was very difficult to sleep.

Toilet would NOT flush! Shower was meh. Loved the room & bed!!


Checking in late at night was not good

There was a gentleman that was rude and after driving 7hrs it was not nice to be treated so rudely. I always put Marriott at the top of my list but honestly this bald man was not good at customer service and I only say bald because that’s the only way I can describe him to point him out


Upgrade

I originally booked king bed for my wife and I. When I arrived they said they didn’t have anymore kings available (even though that’s what I booked). They said they “upgraded” us to a double queen. So not only did we get a smaller bed but our room was right next to the hallway Ice machine and stairs. We were kept awake all night from people up and down the stairs and getting ice. Not sure how that was an upgrade. Staff was friendly which is the only reason it’s getting 3 stars.
