Now don’t get me wrong from the title, I’m a true hearted Bonvoy(er). What I appreciate is the kindness that I’m shown. This past visit was not to my standard, especially for the price. Pros: comfort of bed. Greeting upon arrival, breakfast was delicious Cons: slow water drainage, curtain was hanging, extra blanket was spotted and most of …. The heat was not accessible. It was issued out according to their decision. Why do I have to be cold in a room, that I’m paying to have heat?

Everyone was very friendly, great breakfast. My only complaint is this building has very thin walls/floors. You can hear everyone waking, sneezing etc in the rooms around and above you. Not the quality I would have expected for the price.

Hotel and restaurant staffs were phenomenal! Hotel itself is disgusting. Floors weren’t vacuumed once in 4 days, dishes outside of rooms when I checked in are still there 4 days later. Bed linen had hair in the sheets and on the pillow cases in my room and others. Restrooms had no soap or paper towels every single day. Trash cans everywhere were full and over flowing onto the floor. Trash was also left on lobby and outside of conference areas for days at a time.
The worst app on my phone

>50% of the time I try to load this app it doesn’t log me in. It’s the only app I have where my saved information doesn’t simply pre-load and work. When trying to reset the password, it amazingly doesn’t recognize my email address. After calling and waiting on hold for 30 minutes, I was told there are system wide glitches yet again.
