Everything with Marriott is great except

When I attempted to contact the front desk at 4:00 am to book another reservation with this hotel I was automatically placed on hold and was unable to speak with a representative. However, when I physically went down to the front desk there was a representative just sitting all alone seemingly without other customers or much to do. I did end up booking a room on the app but it is always nice and comforting to speak with a real live person.

I’ve been using this app for quite some time as I travel at least once a month. It’s super easy to use and makes booking a room very convenient.

Horrible stay at The LA Four Seasons at the Airport
LA trip 2022 RRB
I wanted to tear my family to a nice 4 day weekend in LA. This hotel was the worst I had in my 18+ years as a Bonvoy Member. I instants COVID, but no excuse for not enough towels for 3 people, wash cloths, toilet paper and tissue. Ask the front desk twice during my stay. The room was clean, but the bathroom door handle was loose and a bolt was coming out. Overall made my great trip in LA a real pain!
