Dear Sir: On Sept 18 our sale person booked room #409 for his nights stay. We normal stay at a Hilton Brand hotel because of there good service and exception cleanliness!! He thought he would change up his routine and try a Marriott. What a disappointment!! The room was Dirty Dirty??? There was paper in the stool when he arrived and under the TV desk it looked as though it had never been vacuumed?? I noticed the hotel and a Jenifer K wrote me back and offered me a very unsatisfactory offer I explain his was trivial compensation and ask her to let me know for something better. SHE WOULD NIT AND HAS NOT EVEN ANSWERED MY REQUEST!!!! I will not recommend this hotel to anybody!!

Despite the hacking and brand attacks and now covid, Marriott Bonvoy remains the best name out there. Not many travel more or better than I do and as Ambassador of the brand I am treated well and taken good care of more often than any other loyalty program.

Mobile Key never works, even after attempts during a three day stay and intervention from the hotel’s front desk.

i love bonvoy , the facilities, the gyms, the pools, some even have rooftops, and beach fronts and the club lounges i get to access as a Titanium member... and the amazing staff in i will say 98% of their facilities i can honestly say i feel im just at a home away from home. I cant wait to travel again cause ai know where i will be staying!
