For me… the worse Marriot I have ever stayed in

I checked in late at night, no Prosecco for me. I am a gold member and was told I was not eligible for a room upgrade. I ordered food at the pool and it was dry and very over cooked. Ordered “room service “ but was told I had to go get it. It was supposed to be 15 minutes….. it was 40. There are no ice machines here so you have to call the front desk. I went to the front desk to have them hold my luggage and was greeted by the receptionist who was preoccupied completing her last task. On the upside, the room was nice and tidy, the pool attendant Coco was great! I would not recommend this hotel here in Key West. Generally poor service!. I am giving this a rating of three star because it was as if I was at a three star hotel!


Nice Hotel But…

The room was really cold and there was no way to make it warmer. Our room wasn’t cleaned after the first night so we requested it after the second night. The cleaning was subpar. The restaurants were nice but more vegetarian/vegan options should be offered.

Beautiful spacious Hotel!! Ruebyn and Nilida were always so kind,helpful and very patient and just all around wonderful. I’ve never felt more Welcome at any other property. So THANKYOU.

Found someone’s fingernail clippings on the bedside table, and a couple of stray hairs in the bed. Also, carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. Not my expectations for a Marriott hotel.

Bonvoy Partners don’t respect the rewards system

I’ve got 600 lifetime nights and 9 yes Plat with dog which is now Bonvoy. i’m also in my third consecutive year as a Titanium member and already have 130 nights this year. As such i am awarded special perks to choose from every year, one of which is suite nights. I have had all but 2 of the 20 request for suite night upgrades accepted over the past 2.5yrs. Stop offering perks that are impossible to exercise. Additionally, start including all of the available suites on your mobile platform for reservations.
