Checking in late at night was not good – Marriott Bonvoy: Book Hotels Review

There was a gentleman that was rude and after driving 7hrs it was not nice to be treated so rudely. I always put Marriott at the top of my list but honestly this bald man was not good at customer service and I only say bald because that’s the only way I can describe him to point him out
