Everything with Marriott is great except – Marriott Bonvoy: Book Hotels Review
When I attempted to contact the front desk at 4:00 am to book another reservation with this hotel I was automatically placed on hold and was unable to speak with a representative.
However, when I physically went down to the front desk there was a representative just sitting all alone seemingly without other customers or much to do.
I did end up booking a room on the app but it is always nice and comforting to speak with a real live person.
