Can’t rate it when it doesn’t work – Marriott Bonvoy: Book Hotels Review

Mostly malfunctions when it does open. Now I’m in a constant loop - time to check in to reap your elite benefits. Then - go to the app then - oops something went wrong. 3 years age they tried a different Pp that left me stranded outside my room & had to go to front desk to get in.
