They make you download their app to attend a concert. App is useless but they want to sell your data so you’ll need to download it to go to an event

It’s been more than three months since Korn at jones beach concert was rescheduled and I asked for my refund. No action has been taken, no response from customer service and always I get the same automatic message indicating that it would be process in 30 days after the refund request.

Bought tickets for a concert that was postponed and eventually cancelled. Received an email that I would be be getting reimbursed for my tickets in the next few days and instead it took that amount out of my account. When I send an email the response I got was that within 30 days I should receive response to my email. Will look more into it when I have a day off.

I think the app works great and I it works great for buying tickets. My only problem is that the concerts the app recommends to me are like dababy and playboi Carti when it clearly sees that I listen to small indie rock bands.

While while trying to purchase tickets it was very difficult to what I wanted. Or even what it showed was available. Every time I chose a block of tickets it would say no longer available. Even when it refreshed they would still show available but they were not. I’ve done this process many times and never had this problem.

Tickets are promoted by LiveNation and sold by Ticketmaster. The two companies merged a decade ago and are now one in the same. They absolutely dominate the market, and you can’t see anything except through them. Despite charging absolutely unconscionable fees ($272 for 6 tickets), it’s impossible to talk to a human being. They’ve ended all phone support, and their email support is run by some AI program that just keeps repeating the same useless information. The information provided by email is based purely upon whatever option you choose from the required drop down subject menu. No one reads your typed-out message. It’s almost funny that LiveNation gives human names like “Rachel,” “Chito D,” “Andrew,” “Anthony T,” “Veronica V,” etc. in its responses. Coincidentally, Anthony, Veronica, Rachel, and all of the rest of these *real humans* have the exact same response VERBATIM, and none of the responses pertain to what I asked. One of my messages only said: “If you’re a human being, please say the words’ I am a human being’” somewhere in your response.” In response, the *real human* “Chito D” replied with the exact copy pasted generic statement about “being sorry for my troubles” as everyone else. Here’s the cherry on top: I got so sick of dealing with Ticketmaster/LiveNation’s computer program that I decided to reach out directly to the concert theatre themselves (the Tabernacle in Atlanta). I kid you not, the theatre’s email tag ended with “@livenation.com.” In response to my email, I got another copied and pasted generic paragraph telling me I needed to contact - yep - LiveNation. Now, I have paid $1,800 for 6 concert tickets that LiveNation will neither discuss nor provide. From what I read online, the only possible way to get a human from LiveNation is to dispute the credit card charges in which event suddenly LiveNation notices you and fights vociferously to prevent you from getting your money back. It might mean I never attend a concert again, but I’ll never use Ticketmaster/LiveNation again as long as I live.
TicketInsuranceScam
Would not allow NO to be selected for Ticket Insurance. I don’t want ticket insurance but had to purchase it to complete the transaction. Ridiculous!

For a month now whenever I open the app it just shows a black screen. How am I supposed to access my tickets? Garbage app.
