Worst customer service ever – Live Nation – For Concert Fans Review

It’s been more than three months since Korn at jones beach concert was rescheduled and I asked for my refund. No action has been taken, no response from customer service and always I get the same automatic message indicating that it would be process in 30 days after the refund request.
