Couldn't enter sweepstakes

Live Nation sent me an email being like "download our app and enter to win!" So I downloaded this stupid app I don't want or need. Then tried to log into my account, and my password failed 3 times, despite being correct. The next day I tried again and the same password worked. Stupid. Then I tapped the Sweepstakes tab and... nothing loaded. At all. Ever. Even on wifi. Then I realized I could enter the sweepstakes on my computer anyway, so this entire exercise was pointless. The app is dumb and doesn't work and Live Nation should fire their marketing team for wasting my time.

Double billed. Timed out. Bad experience.

So not only didn't I get the tickets I wanted when the app timed out during processing the purchase but they charger be 2x. Thankfully my credit card company caught it. (How bad do you have to be to make he customer grateful to a credit card company). Last time I use this app.

Do NOT DOWNLOAD THIS POS APP. Wow. Unbelievably bad user experience. It should get negative stars. One star is too good for this horrible waste of time. Don't even try it. Fail after fail. Nothing works.

This is a very poor attempt to have mobile app and makes me think LiveNation spend $10 to make it. You would think with the "service fees" they charge they could at least have a decent app.

Don't waste your time, they try to sucker you into using the app to get access to presale tickets. It will crash, it will frustrate you, it will waste your time.

Not sure what agency soaked you for this design but get your money back. Favorites don't work, can no longer see "my shows", shows my venues 40 states away... Really bad. Try some user testing next time

Nothing on this app works. I can't favorite artists or venues, so why even bother including that feature? I couldn't even purchase tickets. Ridiculous. No point in even having the app.

It doesn't save favorites!? What is the point of the app if it doesn't even do that?? Fix it or shut it down! ?

Ordered food through the app, never delivered

I used the app to order food to my seat (at Shoreline Amphitheatre). I was charged but the food never arrived. Kept reporting it through the app, the app kept issuing additional orders (for free), but they weren't delivered as well. Contacted live nation customer support and they refused to refund!
