My tickets won’t show!

I bought tickets a few hours ago on this app and I go back to look at them again and they’re gone! When I click on my tickets it’s says I have not purchased any tickets!

Waited 45 minutes for pre-sale tickets to appear, then had so much difficulty attempting to put into cart & purchase. In/out of cart...too much ticket stress!!! Fix your App! Will Not accept my discount codes either! Not a pleasant experience!

Bad app - and crazy fees to boot! I just paid $15 in service fees on a $30 ticket - that’s 50% of the ticket price in fees. Absolutely unacceptable.

Worked all the way up to day of show then a black screen! I deleted and reinstalled but it then asked to enter city but after I entered city, no response! Don’t bother with this failure of an app. Had to use phone browser to get my tickets.
