I star the artists and venues I like then when I go to view my list of favorites, it says I haven't added any. I went through it again twice more to be extra extra sure before posting this review; now I can say with absolutely certainty the app is a dud.

Didn't remind me of a show 24 weeks away from purchase date. Not a single email. Told me all sales are final with purchase. Service is a zero.

This app is a travesty. I went to buy tickets, but repeatedly received an error message. Turns out all of the transactions went through, which I discovered a month later after going through statements. I have contacted support. If I do not receive expedient help I will do everything in my power to begin legislation.

Don't even bother d/ling if you have an iPad. The App doesn't work,i but t has never worked. It locks up everytime I have tried using it. With the amount they charge for 'convenience fees', you would think they could design an App that actually works!

Unfortunately I have to give at least 1 star. Tried to use this "user friendly" app to upgrade tickets for my wife and daughter. Constantly kept going back to the page I started. App showed that nothing was going to work right so fine with it.

I bought tickets on the live nation website, and the website kept saying "error" when I clicked log in. So I downloaded the app and it said "connection slow" and it wouldn't even attempt to load my tickets (even though everything else that uses internet on my phone was running fine). Tried calling and was on hold for 20 minutes and the guy on the phone wasn't even helpful. Finally after 3 days of struggling to load my tickets I was able to pull them up on my friends phone and screenshot them.

Downloaded app like instructed to be able to stay up to date and upgrade tickets. Never received a message even though I entered my number and now the VIP tickets are all sold out. Thanks a lot Live Nation. Way to go.

Better business bureau needs to shut this site down don't attempt to buy tickets from here hence the attempt because you will pay but you won't get tickets

This app is pretty much the worst. It is super slow and clunky. I have better luck using Google to search for shows.
