Every ticket I click on gives me a message claiming “Another fan beat me to it” and redirects me to another ticket which produces the same result, over and over again. Logging out/in, cancelling and starting the search over, and changing ticket requirements all fail to show me any tickets that are actually available. This system is terribly flawed.
Connectivity issue

I never had issues with this app on my Samsung. I switched to an iPhone X and can’t access the app now. It always says connectivity issue no mater how or where I am connected.

Live Nation app with Live Nation Experience. Awesome. Bought two lawn tix for Luke Bryan, then got upgrades for seats last minute. Man is this place packed and rocking!! Fan WiFi is great. Coming back tomorrow night for Lynrd Skynnrd! Bought those tix on the fan WiFi.

Review your service charges. When someone is using your service for multiple tickets (6), you don’t need to rape them 6 times. Slide a scale. Geez
Service fees are a ripoff

Be prepared to pay an extra $16.95 per ticket for “service fees”. Not sure why that can’t just be baked into the cost of the tickets so you don’t feel hoodwinked at checkout.

You don’t show how the ticket price went from $53 to $76. I don’t like the tix price jumping up like this without you clearing showing how these charges were accrued.
